Þetta eru okurlán og ég ráðlegg námsmönnum og vandamönnum þeirra að forðast þetta eins og heitan eldinn. Ég ráðlegg fólki frekar að fá sér vinnu með námi, taka lán hjá LÍN og lifa eins sparlega og kostur er. Annars verður erfitt að koma undir sig fótunum að námi loknu, ég tala nú ekki um ef eitthvað verður til þess að námsmaðurinn verður að hætta í námi.

Hvar eru kuldatrúarmenn?

Vonandi koma einhverjir gáfaðir kuldatrúarmenn og leiðrétta það sem fram kemur í þessari frétt. Mig langar til að sjá rök þeirra.

Vonandi eru þau betri en þau sem sumir skrýtnir fuglar hafa sett fram, að ekki geti verið um að ræða hlýnun af mannavöldum núna vegna þess að veðurfar hefur breyst á jörðinni áður, og þá voru þær breytingar að sjálfsögðu ekki af mannavöldum. Röksemdafærsla af því tagi er varla sæmandi þeim sem komnir eru upp úr barnaskóla.

Hefur lögregla of dómstólar ekkert þarfara við tímann að gera en að eltast við svona lagað? Eru engir alverlegri "glæpir" í  gangi en þetta?

Hvað verður gert við þessa konu sem var að selja nuddið? Er hún ekki sek um neitt? Ef ekki, hver er þá sekur? Var kona þessi kannski í þrælahaldi? Ef svo var, er þá ekki mikilvægt að klófesta þá sem hneppt hafa hana í þrældóm, eða er glæpur þeirra kannski minni en glæpur þessa kaupanda?

Ber að skilja þetta þannig að glæpir gegn ófæddum börnum eru svo algengir að ef þessi kona hefði verið sakfelld hefðu allt of margar fylgt í kjölfarið og réttarkerfið hefði ekki ráðið við það? Er það ástæðan fyrir því að hún var ekki ákærð?

Þeir vilja sem sagt berjast fyrir "rétti" mæðra til að valda börnum sínum ævilöngu tjóni?

Frá mínum bæjardyrum séð hefur kona þessi drygt alvarlegan glæp og það er henni og öðrum fyrir bestu, ekki síst ófæddum börnum, að henni verði refsað fyrir hann. Er eigingirni þeirra sem "berjast fyrir rétti mæðra" virkilega svo mikil að þeir telja mikilvægara að vernda rétt mæðra til að vera á fylleríi en að vernda barnið fyrir því að líf þess sé eyðilagt? Hvers konar skepnur hugsa svona?

Stundum verður fólk að vita hvað það vill, hver réttur þess er, og vera ekki að rökræða það neitt. Þetta virðist vera dæmi um slikt. Ef ég væri Freyja myndi ég fara fram á fund með menntamálaráðherra og ræða þetta mál. Þessi sérkennari mætti gjarnan mæta þar til að standa fyrir máli sínu. Hann myndi kannski upplifa sig heimskan, en hann verður að bera ábyrgð á gerðum sínum og útskýra þær.

Þá væri hann vonandi núna í starfi sem hæfði vitsmunum hans betur.

Engan launamismun

Á einu spjaldinu þarna stendur "engan launamismun"? Ég ræ klukkan 4 að morgni, er að allan daginn og veiði 100 fiska. Einhver annar stendur á bryggjunni í klukkutíma og veiðir tvo. Á ég þá að gefa honum 49 fiska svo að það verði enginn launamismunur? Ég held ekki.

Ég var árum saman í fullri vinnu við að læra og fékk ekki krónu í laun. Ég þurfti að borga fyrir að fá að vera í þessari vinnu.  Var ég þá að væla um einhvern launamismun gagnvart þeim sem fengu greitt fyrir vinnuna sína? Mér datt það satt að segja aldrei í hug.

Mig langar til að nota þetta tækifæri til að benda þeim sem viljá fá húðflúr á að hugsa sig um tvisvar. Það er ekki hægt að þvo þetta af.

Ef ég ætti krónu fyrir öll þau illa gerðu húðflúr sem ég hef séð sem gera minna en ekkert fyrir útlit eigandans væri ég ríkur maður. Ef fólk vill flúra sig vegna þess að það tilheyrir þeirra menningu, gott og vel. Ef fólk vill fúra sig af því bara, þá ætti það bara að sleppa því.

Skrípaleikur. Staðsetning vélarinnar er augljós.

Ef vélin fór í hafið myndi eitthvað brak hafa rekið á land. Ekkert slíkt hefur sést. Hún fór ekki í hafið.

Úr því að hún er ekki í sjónum hlýtur hún að vera á landi. Hrapaði 777 þota án þess að neinn tæki eftir því? Varla.

Hún hrapaði ekki, þar af leiðandi lenti hún einhverst staðar. Hvar? Þar sem hægt var að geyma hana þannig að hún fyndist ekki, og á stað sem hún gat flogið til án þess að með henni væri fylgst úr ratsjá. Var einhver slíkur staðar sem hún gat náð til? Já, Diego Garcia.

72. gr. [Eignarrétturinn er friðhelgur. Engan má skylda til að láta af hendi eign sína nema almenningsþörf krefji. Þarf til þess lagafyrirmæli og komi fullt verð fyrir.

Hvað skyldu miklar eignir hafa verið gerðar upptækar í síðustu auðlegðarskatts lotu? Hvað þarf að gerast til að dómstólar virki með skilvirkum hætti og fari eftir lögum og reglum? Þeir sem brjóta lög eiga að fá refsingu og brotaþolar eiga að fá bætur, "fullt verð fyrir".

Auðvitað skipta lög og reglur engu máli í bananalýðveldum, eins og dæmin sanna.  Þeir sem vilja stela gera það bara og enginn þorir að gera neitt.

Hvaða máli skiptir stjórnarskrá sem enginn fer eftir? Engu máli.
