Hvernig gat þetta gerst?

Fyrir þá sem hafa áhuga á því hvernig hlutirnir hanga saman. Ég fæ ekki betur séð en að Bandaríkjamenn beri mesta ábyrgð á því hvernig fór. Hvað hafa þeir gert til að bæta fyrir stríðsglæpi sína í þessum heimshluta?
